Sustainable Agriculture: Treetops makes investments in SME agribusinesses across the value chain, which benefit smallholder farmers with the backing of OPIC and private investors.
The Treetops team shares a common vision that strong financial performance is intertwined with social and environmental sustainability. Investments in the emerging lower and middle classes in developing countries in affordable housing, micro/ SMEs, and agribusinesses represent a strong opportunity to make financial returns and a sustainable impact. The Gawa Microfinance Fund was 100% raised from private investors including family offices, high net worth individuals, and foundations.
