USAID Health Enterprise Fund The Health Enterprise Fund, implemented by the USAID-funded SHOPS project, aims to uncover innovative and replicable solutions that address critical health priorities in sub-Saharan Africa_high rates of maternal and child mortality, unmet need for modern family planning methods, and lack of access to HIV/AIDS testing, care, and treatment services.
